In metes and bounds description, the angle and distance of a given line or arc. Each call is usually preceeded by the word "then" or "thence". Example:N 22% E 100' (1st call), thence N 80% E 100' (2nd call). (2) To demand payment due to default. Also used when a loan payment is not large enough to amortize the loan.
